William (Bill) Cridland trained at Caswell Bay South Wales - 2nd Radio Officer British Merchant Navy 1st Class PMG 1942-1949.

     His ships include SS City of Hereford; MS Noesaniwi (Holland America Line (formerly  Wuppertal captured Dutch E. Indies) was in Singapore ( Raffles Square) close of conflict;  SS Sinninigton Court ( Built 1914) Unnra relief to Romania Black sea close of conflict; SS Titus (Dutch) supporting Oil barrels for tanks assisting Marshal Tito in Yugolavia (Dubrovnik).
