There is NO EXTRA CHARGE to have the book signed or add a personalized message

Use the buttons on the Bookstore page to buy using a credit card (Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discovery, through PayPal). To pay by cheque or money order, use the Mail Order Form.
On the BOOKSTORE page: To add more items to the Shopping Cart, select Continue Shopping
To make changes to the Shopping Card, Remove item, Update Shopping Cart and Continue Shopping.

You can select View Cart when you are finished, or at any time in the process (for example, to update the shopping cart)..
When you are finished, select Secure Checkout to add your credit card details and complete your order.
Prices are shown in Canadian funds. The total will be converted to your currency on your credit card statement.

Choose your shipping destination and use the "radio" button to select whether the book is to be signed (autographed) by the author. You can request a personalized message. There is no charge for this service.

Information re Credit Card Payments and Shipping:
NOTE: We are located in Canada near the United States border. All amounts are given in CANADIAN dollars. The currency converter gives an approximate amount for your transaction. Your credit card will calculate the exact rate on the date the transaction is posted.
We accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discovery, paid through PayPal. You do not need to sign up for a Pay Pal account in order to place your order. Transactions are done on a secure site; we do not have your credit card details.
Orders to Canada and the continental United States are sent by letter mail (air) or USPS priority mail and usually take 4 to 10 days to reach their destination.
Overseas shipping rates apply to orders sent outside Canada and the continental United States to 150 destinations (e.g., Australia, UK, and most European destinations). Orders are shipped via PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL from the United States and can weigh up to four pounds maximum (this covers the set of 5 titles).
Please request a quote for shipments to other international destinations, or when ordering more than four books. You will be notified of the postage rate after your order is received and before the parcel is shipped.
Depending on the destination, overseas mail can take between 4 weeks to 16 weeks or more. We ship via United States Priority Mail International to overseas destinations. In most cases, particularly for 2 to 5 titles, it is cheaper than surface mail providing the parcel meets certain conditions (size, weight, etc.). Some smaller items may be shipped as a Canadian/US airletter.
UK Special offer: This offer is for residents in the United Kingdom. It applies only to purchases sent to the UK and paid in £ Sterling (GBP)

If the shipping amount requires an adjustment, you may receive an e-mail with a request for an additional amount due or with a refund. Alternate shipping options (express, courier services, etc.) may require an additional balance due, as will shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, while postage for multiple orders may result in a refund.
Currency Converter:
Use the currency converter provided to estimate the cost. The actual amount may vary slightly, because it depends on the bank rate on the day that is transaction is posted to your credit card account. Your credit card statement will show the amount owed in your currency.
